You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary to your email.

Do you have the product in stock?
All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities. If a certain product is out of stock it should be mentioned in the product page.

Can i choose the background color ?
The customer can choose the background color and the design orientation, if the order is placed without any note/request Gift Shack designers will choose the background color, design margins, design orientation , etc ...

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?

 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

Delivery time is usually mentioned in the product description, in general, it takes 2 to 4 weeks to receive the order depending on the product, for personalized products it take a little more time to process than normal items.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

Sample ordering is on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired samples, it is recommended that you make your payment within the checking out period.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

Where a claim of defect or damage is made please contact Giftsshack and provide a photo/short video proving and explaining the problem, Giftsshack will send you a replacement and notify you with instructions to deal with the damaged item. You shall be entitled to a refund of any reasonable return postage charges. Please note that Giftsshack shall not be liable for any goods that have been damaged due to misuse or are returned without their original packing.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF UNSATISFACTORY/EXPIRED/WRONG SAMPLE/MISSING SAMPLES?

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away, please contact us and we will take care of such case.
